hi,i am a thirteen year old girl. i dont no whats wrong with me. not long ago (around a week) i am finding it a struggle to eat… i keep hearing these voices telling me i’m fat and ugly and not to eat and be sick and things. so i am starting to believe it. we got weighed in class and i believed i was overweight then when i got weighed i was underweight, + i was the third tallest and i was the 4th underweight wich the others were way smaller than me. i am 5ft.4 & weigh around 7 3 and i think i have lost it since then… please help me..:(
by the way, am underweight already and do not want to go further…

you are probably starting to get bulimic or anorexic. you should really see your doctor.. do not take any pills yet consult him first.

Did you see if someone was saying that behind your back?If it was,then they said it for your good.Since you are 13,I do not recommend you to go on a diet or anything but just to play and sweat a lot.Even I was a bit overweight(a little),and I lost a lot of weight just by playing and sweating.Now I am underweight and my school doctor recommend me to eat a lot!!!And I am 14 so this is applicable even for you sice I was overwieght last year.
