Just a question cuz i saw an episode of law and order and they were talking about “meth” and i wonder which one it was and what the difference was.

Methadone is given to recovering heroine addicts and is an opiate. Methamphetamine is speed, and has no opiates. It is an upper.

methadone is a narcotic pain killer, used for extreme pain or to help someone get off heroin addiction..
