Ok Well, First off stop smoking weed, girls hate the smell, it makes you act dumb, and can make you fat. You only hurts you more then whatever, and studies have shown that people who turn to weed, drinking or whatever have a problem in thier life, be it family or friends they are do not want to deal with, and if your one of those people maybe you should deal with that issue.
I was one of them, i come from a broken home …. well like a was broken and some monkey taped it back together …. I started smoking weed, then i went to pills and the drinking. and i finally stoped after a guy forced me to sleep with him …. and i felt dead for weeks.
Depending on how fat you are and how much water you drink, weed should left a normal person body in 3 months, your lungs on the other hand it will take ten years for your body to fully recover, thats if you do not smoke again …..
I’m trying to quit smoking cigarettes right now, and i am not looking forward to fixing stage.
Also You might want to try Mucus removing cough stuff, IT will help get the nasty out of your lung to help you breath. just take some and if you cough up stuff, keep taking, if not, stop. and drink water.
And hope they do not drug test you for football, i know my high school tested all student who played sports. and It takes about 3 months for that stuff to get out of your body.
the whole drink a bunch of water till you pee clear is an wifes tale, and will mess up your body and some tests will not accept it either. Just a head up incase, i think drinking green tea works wonders.
but for your lungs just give them time, and know you did alot of damage to them, depending on how long you smoked.
