What do you think kids do more of these days? Drink, smoke, or pills?

Question by Matthew: What do you think kids do more of these days? Drink, smoke, or pills?
I hate drugs, because I’m a Socialist. I don’t believe in recreational drug use. And when I’m talking about kids, I mean adolescents, not 3 year olds. lol. The most I ever hear about is cigarettes and Marijuana. Of course alcohol, considering their age. But could it even go further than that. Is it even possible to go further than that.

Probably all three.
I work in the ER… the number 1 & 2 thing people want? VICODEN & PERCOCET.
And they come in for the STUPIDEST things to get them.
Hiccups.
Toe Pain.
Toothache.
Cut finger, not needing stitches.
We see the triage form and roll our eyes. “Dental pain? Must be out of his percocet.”
First thing we think.
Seriously.

This escalates greatly once you reach high school. Still marijuana and cigarettes (in public), and all types of alcohol. Also acid, ecstasy “x”, cocaine (though crack is not popular at all). Those are the bigger drugs among ages 14/15 to 18/19. Also some use heroine and crystal meth.
