Meth rises again in Polk County, western Wisconsin
The state of Wisconsin has provided grants to Barron, Burnett, Polk and St. Croix counties for meth treatment and prevention since 2004, said Louis Oppor, section chief of substance-abuse services for the Wisconsin Department of Health Services.
