What is a good cleanse / detox for a beginner?

Question by Sarah: What is a good cleanse / detox for a beginner?
I love to work out at a fairly high intensity, and I do a pretty good job of eating healthy. I am really interested in doing a cleanse, but I want to be able to continue to work out while I am on it. A lot of the ones I have seen suggest that you work out at a low intensity, so I was hoping some one could point me i the right direction. Thanks.

Try a juice fast for a week: fruit juices in the morning, veggie juice in the afternoon and evening.
You can pump up the nutritional value with supergreen powder and add a half clove of garlic to the veggie juice each day.

It will flush out your system without any major side effects and enable you to keep working out.
