Question by Kathrine B.: Do shrooms come up on a “doctor-given” drug test?
Ok, so 2 days ago I ate some shrooms. And my mom kind of found out, so now im getting drug tested in 3 days at a doctors offiice, my question is, number one, do shrooms show up and number two what is the most common type of drug test that doctors give? Oh and last, if I get a hair folucle test will shrooms show up?

I worked in the ER for years when we administered a urine drug screen it showed the following
marijuana
PCP (angel dust)
barbituates (phenobarbital)
opiates (Morphine)
benzodiazepines (valium, Xanax, ativan)\
Amphetamines (meth, aderall)
tricyclic antidepressant
cocaine
“Shrooms” aren’t covered under any of these categories, however your doctor may use a different test. But I think these are the main ones of concern.
