Two Rushville residents arrested; police find crystal meth

Schuyler County Sheriff Don L. Schieferdecker said materials of a crystal methamphetamine lab, crystal meth and cannabis were found at 611 Dewey. Cannabis, methamphetamine precursors and drug paraphernalia were found at 613 Dewey, he said.
