Ok so usually i take 10mg of phochaline. Well this morning i started taking 20 mg, and at first i was fine, but like 20 minutes later i was layin in bed and my heart started racing and i felt light headed, and now i feel like im about to colapse and its been like 2 hours and its still goin on and i keep having to retype this cause i cant think straight and im messing up spelling!

That’s normal. When I increased my dose of Concerta, I felt my heart and head racing and I didn’t want to sit down. It’s going to take at least two weeks until the side effects go away. Each day will get better, but you just gotta be a tough cookie!
