Why do you think law enforcement and the government………..?

Question by GoshoGee C: Why do you think law enforcement and the government………..?
why do they concentrate on making arrests and doin’ commercials to STOP marijuana when there a far worse drugs out there that are completely destroying peoples lives….examples, heroin, crack, meth. Now days it’s easier to find these drugs than pot and they are far more dangerous.
Where I come from I have 3 Heroin dealers and about 50 crack dealers within a mile radius and you hear nothing of Marijuana being pushed in my area, it’s actually hard to find unless you go out to the country areas. I admit I have smoked some pot in my younger days and it definitely didn’t make me want to use anything like crack or heroin. In my city law enforcement and judicial officials are the main purchasers of crack (I’ve witnessed it). Also in my city there are only law enforcement commercials about pot. I have former friends who fiend for crack and heroin, it has destroyed their families and some have died. I’ve never seen anyone die from taking a hit from a joint. Anyway thanks for all opinions, I know every city is different.

I don’t know what part of the country you live in but Chicago doesn’t concentrate on weed cases and I haven’t seen any commercials as such.
