Question by rabid_dog: How do I get rid of my porn addiction?
It’s a bit like cigarette addiction – I want to stop but can’t. I’ve reduced the level from porn videos and photos to just stories. But still it haunts me. What can I do?

get rid off all porno graphic things then stop materbating then try some type of abstinance!!!!!
