Ok I take ambien cr and it sucks. If you have insomnia like me you’ll understand.. Ok so you can break a xanax in 4 pieces along the lines that are already there, So at 3:30 I broke a quarter piece off and started to feel mellow. Great! Then when I’m getting ready for bed, it wears off. So at 8:45 I took an ambien cr 12.5. !. is this ok and 2.
Why am i still awake? I have slept maybe 5 hrs in 2days! Should i take the other quarter of the xanax? Will it be safe?
