I know you shouldn’t take weight loss pills, you should always do it naturally. I am not asking because I want them. I see so many commercials and infomercials about all these pills and drinks that help you lose weight. After seeing them multiple times, I always wonder if they really work. I’ve never known anyone who has used them so I can’t really find out based on their answers. Do you think the weight loss polls only provide a placebo effect?

Idk never took them before but , works or not i hear they ruin your health soo..
