Diaria mouth not gone south – He is always on at me…i have to write a report after every day on what i have done, he is also very strict about lunch breaks, even if i take a few minutes extra. this is understandable as he is trying to run a successful buisness etc.. but i think it is a bit too much, and i do get demotivated when he does do this. he would probably get more out of me if he was more laid back.
