How is this for a poem/rap type thing for school?

Question by I’m Infinite [WE TRIPPY MANE]: How is this for a poem/rap type thing for school?
It’s kind of a metaphor as this guy’s friend is Money. Also is sort of a story.

“He met a guy, thought he was the coolest he’d ever met,
Wasn’t sick, but he stayed a yellow-ish green,
He came around when he pushed that, meth infedimene,
But he, never looked to help anybody that was in need,
Yet he had happy days, it couldn’t be better, in a dream,
Then a news flash, life wasn’t really as great as it seemed,
People started getting a hunger for his friend, like drugs to a crack fiend,
Wouldn’t fork over his cash, that left him with a cap in his spleen,
Woke up out of a coma in ’03, attached to a machine,
Doctors talking he didn’t listen, he said “what do you mean?”
“You’re paralyzed from the waist down, all because of your greed”
