Question by Candy Little: My friend wants to take meth for her ADHD?
I’m 15 and so is my friend. She said that she thinks she has ADHD.. I actually think she has borderline personality disorder because she has a lot of the symptoms, but I didn’t tell her that. Anyway, she said she doesn’t want to tell her parents she thinks she has ADHD because her dad (who is kind of abusive) would yell at her, and her mom wouldn’t take her seriously.
Anyway, she said that one time she was talking to her friend and he told her that she could buy speed from him to help her ADHD,
I told her not to take speed, but she just kept talking about how cheap it was and stuff, and didn’t say she wouldn’t do it. It didn’t really sink in what she was saying until later and I kind of wish I talked her out of it more now..
Her friend doesn’t live in our state, but she is going to go and visit that state in December. I’m scared she’s going to get addicted to meth. Up until now, she’s done a couple hallucinogens, and she smokes weed like every week, but nothing else.
Is there anything I could say to get her out of trying meth? Should I make her watch that movie “Spun” about those crazy ass meth addicts? Anything?

Tell her to stop worrying! Adderoll is for ADHD, not Meth, but stop her! Don’t let her take Meth, don’t let her illegally buy Adderall, just tell her ADHD is no big deal!
