You never know when you could be next door to a Meth lab during your hotel stay, or whether the person in the room before you cooked Meth without getting caught (so the owner wouldn’t know to clean it up). The video tells of a Meth lab in a hotel in Dubuque, Iowa. A day after a Meth lab was busted in one of the guest rooms, the hotel re-opened for business in the neighboring rooms. The room in which the lab was found remains closed due to contamination concerns. Because the motel rooms have individual heating and cooling systems and no shared duct work, the contamination was not expected to cause problems or contamination of other rooms nearby.
