I know it’s not bad for me or anything, but it has become more frequent than i want it to, and I actually HATE the porno-industry with all my heart. I’ve simply become addicted, I guess.. I don’t wanna do this anymore. I know I could masturbate without the porn as well, but it’s simply become a tool to help “get me there” faster. Thanks for helping, and yes, it’s a genuine question.
And I am in a long-distance relationship, so getting laid is not an option. I have no problem with sexual tension when I am with her, though. It’s when I am alone that the urge is overpowering. I could even be with her, and not have sex, and be totally fine with it!
And yeah.. “as I get older”??
I am 20 years old. I’m past puberty.
I’d really like help, as I am sick and tired of this addiction..
Hey! You guys! I HAVE A GIRLFRIEND! That is not the problem! And I love her deeply, and I don’t care how she dresses or how she acts while we are intimate. I know porn is a really low standard to rate girls on, and she is so much better in all ways. It’s just a fix I need to get release, when she is away. And I want it to stop.
When I said “not bad for me” I meant the masturbation. I know the porno-industry is bad for everyone, on many levels…

There’s nothing wrong with masturbating. During my dry spells I do it everyday. It’s normal and healthy. Get over yourself. The only thing that makes it wrong to you is that you have probably been told it is wrong. You’re 20 though. You aren’t getting laid. What else are you gonna do? Resist your natural urges? Yeah, have fun with that.
