How about a cocaine addict? Methamphetamine addict?

Meth addicts usually have a lot of sores on their faces (possibly all over ?). They usually have weight loss, bad teeth (depending on how much & how long they have been using). I have seen people who are in their 20’s look 40-50 years old because of their meth use. I hope this helps.
