my brother, smokes 10 blunts a day, smokes almost 2 packs of cigarettes a day, and drank and almost a whole bottle of southern comfort(soco) a day

he thinks its not heavy abuse but i do
he’s been doing almost a year

yes it is heavy abuse. He is killing his lungs and liver. Cutting down to one pack a day and maybe like 2 blunts would definately help. Try getting him to some rehab type thing if you dont want to lose your bro.
