LOS ANGELES (AP) — Lindsay Lohan pleaded not guilty Wednesday to felony grand theft of a $ 2,500 necklace – the most serious charge yet filed against the troubled starlet who has wrestled with drug and alcohol abuse for years.

Students pledge to lead drug-free lives
The North Platte Telegraph Thirty-two sixth graders at McDaid Elementary have pledged to remain drug-free. The students received certificates in the school’s gym Thursday afternoon during a Drug Abuse Resistance Education graduation ceremony.
