Drug abuse menace still rife in Mombasa

The international day against drug abuse was marked over the weekend, with leaders conceding that the government and other stakeholders have not done enough in addressing the menace in Coast province. Leaders now say proactive measures are lacking in curbing large quantities of hard drugs being smuggled into the region.
