Two bullets and a Taser couldn’t take Welton down
It took two bullets and two hits from a Taser to take Derek Welton down the night he died, a B.C. Coroners inquest has revealed. The inquest, which began Monday in Duncan, marks the first time the public has heard details surrounding Welton’s death.
