Charlie Sheen is reportedly to avoid police charges for his alleged drug use. The ‘Two and a Half Men’ star – who is currently in rehab after he was hospitalised following a recent 36-hour drink and drug binge at his Los Angeles home – will not be prosecuted by the Los Angeles Police Department, despite multiple sources claiming there was massive amounts of cocaine in use at the party.
