Question by Ginger: Has anyone here finally quit drinking because they are sick of hangovers?
The older I get, the worse mine get. I am so sick of being sick. At the end of my rope. Serious replies only, please.

I quit drinking, simply stopped, decades ago. I’d drink every night because there happened to be a bar next door. Was drinking about a pint of whiskey a day. Quit when I noticed I could not reach for the bottle without my hand shaking. I’ve never missed it and I probably would not still be alive if I continued that way, it ain’t healthy.
