So since the time I was about 13, I’ve bounced from one disorder to another (always mild, generally obsessive or compulsion related), now it would appear i’m on to binging. out of control eating, cannot stop, for almost every night the last 2 weeks or so. i eat until my stomach hurts, and keep on eating, and i’ve been working on it (so please, no “omg you’re messed up, you need help” answers), but i had a really bad night tonight. and i’m legitimately in pain. so from a psychological/health standpoint, what can anyone recommend i do? i considered throwing up just to make my stomach feel a bit better, but i don’t want to start a trend toward bulimia (i tend to start down a path and become completely incapable of stopping)…but i’m in a helluva lot of pain. any tips on what to do right now, and also on how i can quit this in the long run?

All the medics and food experts say targeted weight loss is unlikely, specifically in the waist and belly places, but I managed it with acai berry.
