Can I use pictures of my fellow students from my school?

Question by Multiconnections: Can I use pictures of my fellow students from my school?
I am making a video DVD of pictures that my friends game to me, and I am giving each of them (like 15 people) a copy of the DVD. Heres the problem, I am wondering, I didn’t use “Permission forms” when I did the video, so is the video illegal since I don’t have written proof that my friend’s parents are letting me use their pictures? and Remember, I am in their grade, we are under 18, and the video is “appropriate” and the pictures won’t be posted online, they are only shown the the DVD and each of the 15 people will get copies of the DVD.

Only takes one parent though.

i would take the time to get permission slips signed.
