Question by Kimberly: How long does it take to recover from 6 years of percocet and soma dependence and abuse? Mental and emotional?
I took pills for 6 years and was suddenly thrown into detox for 5 days. Clonidine was a life saver as far as the physical withdrawals, but it has been 5 months and things still do not feel right with me. What is normal and what else can I expect? i have been going to outpatient rehab, that helps, want more info. I lost my job due to the problems I had and they had a problem with me going to oupatient rehab and fired me! Can anyone talk to me about months after coming off pain pills?
