Question by questions10181: Is it illegal to be under age and drive drunk friends home although your sober?
I live in a nice area yet i hear alot about drugs and achlohol use in highschool. I dont plan on using drugs or achlohol but i dont want my friends to drive home drunk. I was just curious as if i were to get pulled over would i be in trouble?

only if you have a probationary license otherwise you will be fine i do it all the time and have been pulled over leaving bars, the cops are usually just glad to see someone sober driving and don’t give you any hassle might get lucky and get a Breathalyzer test
