I’m a 16yr old in New York City who is sickkk and tireddd of my moms bf. He steals from her, curses out my sister (9 yrs. old) and my mom all the time (isn’t that verbal abuse?), she tells all her friends she thinks he’s cheating (heard her on the phone) yet she still wants to stay with him. I think he’s messing with my ability to do well in school because he is really ummmm “urban” so to speak soooo he is REALLY loud and likes to blast music and ALWAYS wakes me up early in the morning with his voice and it really takes a toll on my slumber. HE ALSO SMOKES WEED. NOW, in NY isn’t weed illegal, can I just happen to “slip” and get him arrested or something? She told me that she doesn’t care what I think about him or anything. I know to some it might be sort of a stretch but honestly I’d rather be in foster care, b/c I can’t take this. Also, I have a G.A.D. (Generalized Anxiety Disorder) with O.C.D.-like symptoms and I’m Social Phobic and she consistently invites people over like it’s all cool, meanwhile she wants me to get “help” (and yes I am seeing a psychologist and a therapist)…I’m thinking about bringing up the topic of foster care, would it be easy for them to ship me off somewhere? ALSO, I have an adult friend (woman) who said if my mother ever kicked me out she would take me in. Should I bring that up also?

Just ask your mothers boyfriend for some weed. Cures all sorts of things, even Anxiety, and probably even cure your Social phobia, and shit might even get your ass laid (depending on looks).
