What is your opinion of “detox teas”~{like “Yogi” brand} and what are they supposed to “detox”?

Question by fancypantsy: What is your opinion of “detox teas”~{like “Yogi” brand} and what are they supposed to “detox”?
I drank this tea when I quit smoking and it made me feel VERY ill. Well there were a few times I quit smoking but the time I quit when drinking Yogi detox tea it made me feel physically miserable. There was very much a difference when I drank that stuff and it was strong. Was it merely the nicotine being detoxed, OR WHAT ELSE could it have been detoxing ?
WHAT TYPE OF TOXINS DO THESE DETOX TEAS “DETOX” and do they work 4u if u tried them?

i’ve had the yogi detox tea: i believe it targets cleaning your liver :: i think anytime you are trying to flush a lot or heavy toxins out of your body: you may feel ill :: like when people are coming off of other hard drugs =\
