The “duty statement” is deceptive because it looks like people in the role are interchangeable.

But don’t you need “all the facts” on a person as well.

There used to be “personnel departments” who sought out such information.

They write it like that to ‘protect’ the company usually – can’t really rely on the document you get or sign mate! Part of life and can’t beat it!
