Hi,
In my University Course, i have a girl that in our freshman’s year she looked quite shy because she wore glasses but attractive in a strange way. In the second year, she quit the glasses to contact lens and then she kind of “unleashed” the attractiveness in her although she’s quite reserved. i had some eye contact that was quite awkward because it never happened with anyone. now in my final year i want to make a move but i also wanted to have some “help” from a colleague of mine that i think it’s the right choice to talk with him.

If possible i wanted that you could separate the answer in two parts:
1 – how to talk with my colleague about my crush.
2 – how to move on with a girl from my course that’s looks quite reserved.

.(2) I think you should try to get friendly with this young lady .Let her know you’ve watched the metamorphosis of her Development.From shy,bespectacled girl.To the pretty young woman of today
