HP provides a disk recovery located in your D:\ drive. the best type of disk to use is a CD-R not CD-RW. when I made my recovery disks I was required to use 10 disks. D:\ has a complete system of your computer stored on it, so you’ll be able to take it back to the same factory status as to when you bought it.
