Question by Cassie: How do treatment centers for anorexia handle vegetarians?
Say you are a vegetarian who just happens to be anorexic, do they force you to eat meat again while in treatment? I believe a person can go vegetarian for all the right reasons and something like this occurs. Im vegetarian by the way so please no nasty jokes. I don’t judge you for eating meat so don’t judge me from not.

It depends. If being vegetarian started with your anorexia, then most likely they’ll make you eat meat. My friend was anorexic and a vegetarian. In treatment they made her start eating meat again. Because being vegetarian was apart of her eating disorder…
