When my computer first starts up, it gives the options of like F1 setup, and F10 system recovery. Well I’ve done a system recovery before and all went well, but my computer has been at my mothers house with her using it for a while, and now i have all these problems. When i tried to do a system recovery, it started acting like it was taking me to the recovery screen but then a blue screen pops up and says like “STOP: (FATAL SYSTEM ERROR)” and like something about the process terminated. and a bunch of computer code letters and numbers, and then “system has shut down”, and i have to turn the computer off and back on. This has never happened before and its really crazy, i tried to call the Compaq support center but I’ve had the computer for 2 years and they say I’m out of warranty, I really need some help. My computer has a lot of problems with it since i got it back, and i really need to do a recovery bad. Please only serious answers.

Try defragging it. It probably needs to have that done also if you have deleted any folders you mother had on the internet. This will get rid of unwanted space and make it run smoother.
