What are good resources for people addicted to gaming?

Question by Neil Tennyson: What are good resources for people addicted to gaming?
Since my knowledge of virtual gaming (computer and console) is very limited, I invite anyone to share their perspective on my problem. I have a twin brother who lives in the United States. Due to physical and emotional distance between us, I cannot address this problem directly: According to his profile statistics, my brother averages 150 hours of game play in a week, which is 10-11 hours a day. As a first year college student, this is very dangerous as he cannot socialize with peers or even live daily life properly. I understand that the numbers in some games might be artificially high because of ‘grinding’ but this game does not employ such tactics. It is an online game. What are good resources / courses of action to help my brother’s addiction, who attends a sizable university which should have good services? As far as I know, he is very isolated with few friends who would help. Thank you all ~~
Ah, sorry. Typo: The site measures in 2 week averages. (streamcommunity) Naturally 150 hours in a week would be impossible. Please refer to my analysis ’10-11 hrs a day’
