“For a self-proclaimed “documentary,” This Is A Documentary contains little to no behind-the-scenes footage or interviews. Instead, this 21-minute video abortion is comprised almost entirely of previously released live performances from one particularly horrific night at Toronto hipster trash haven The Drake Hotel. This Is A Documentary fails even as a performance video, with dips in sound quality and inconsistent video resolution. For these reasons, I am nominating This Is A Documentary for Worst Documentary of 2010. Devi of EAT BABIES? and Cory Martin star as themselves in this low budget, undercooked mess.
