Are men who want fathers to be given equal power to see thier kids and not be blocked, “completely pathetic, incompetent, and brainless”?

Are men who want male victims of domestic abuse first of all, to EVEN BE recognized and also be given access to shelters that are currently only availible for women “completely pathetic, incompetent, and brainless”?
