Intervention Drug Abuse

Drug addicts (man and women) displaying the results of drug abuse…nervously picking at themselves for over an hour! the women was digging at her feet and arms while the man was digging at his stomach and groin area. The resoultion of the camera through the window could not pick it up, but their was bloodly wounds visable from their constant picking!!
