Allentown facility will help those struggling with post-traumatic stress disorder, other war-related problems. A long-awaited center for suffering military veterans will open in Allentown on Tuesday, not a moment too soon in the reckoning of families touched by the lingering fallout of war.

Healing Place misses goal, seeks extension to match Kresge Foundation grant
