Husband is a nurse and smokes marijuana but is trying to quit, he is applying for a part time job at a rehab, if he fails the drug test, will the other job be informed?

Yes. That rehab place by LAW must report your husband’s failure to the State Medical Licensing Department. They in turn will pull his License and ban him from working in any of the 50 states.,
