Need a few good books to read!?

Question by Me-Chelle: Need a few good books to read!?
I need a few good books to read and was wondering if anyone could recommend a few. I am really into reading books on the holocaust, or the paranormal. I also work in the rehabilitation field so I love books about addiction such as Beautiful boy. Some of my favorite authors are Dean Koontz and Anne Rice…but I would like to not read a book by them this time but maybe something along the same genre. Any ideas of some good books to read? Thanks

p.s. I also really enjoy christian books. But No self-help books please!
