Magistrate Louis P. Wargo III presided over a special session of Ottawa County Municipal Court on Tuesday where he recognized the court’s class of four graduates of its Benchmark Alcohol/Drug and Mental Health Intervention Court Program after his regularly scheduled weekly session.
