4 MONTHS LATER LIZS POV Joe left the hospital and checked into a rehab. He didnt tell me where exactly this place was but atleast I know hes safe. I closed my eyes and laid back on my bed letting the TV play. They were saying something about award season coming up. Thats right its January. Four months since my baby was born, four months since the night things turned for me and Joe, and six months since Daniel died. Meaning six months since Carolina left. Ive sent her about a million emails all coming back with a “this email is not a working email”. Really this is getting ridiculous the least she couldve done is call. She missed Christmas, she missed the twins birthday, she missed New Years, she even missed her own 17th birthday. Well before I go into a fit Ill stop thinking about her just think about my son in my arms, and my daughter sleeping next to me in my bed. Shes gotten bigger she can walk now and her hair is past her chin. She looks just like me and has a little bit of Joe in her. On the other hand Joey has his dads eyes, nose, and he just is little Joe. Nick and Megan cant get enough of him I swear they are plotting on stealing my baby. I mean Ill let them in and when I come back to where they were theres a note saying “Borrowed Joey” I laugh all the time.
