Has anyone ever had an “acne detox” facial??

Question by xblueside: Has anyone ever had an “acne detox” facial??
My dermatologist wants me to get one, she says it will help my face get a little better. I’ve been on acne meds/washes for the past year…

So does this make your face peel..or make your face extremely sensitive. My derm. didn’t really go into detail..
Does it really hurt???? My derm said that the next morning your face is supposed to feel really soft.
