Is it legal for my employer subject me to a random drug test without my written consent? If I fail, is it legal to terminate me? If they offer rehab, what do they do for marijuana rehab? If I am terminated, am I eligible for unemployment wages?

Absolutely legal for them to have you drug tested. Absolutely illegal for you to be using drugs. If you are fired you are not eligible for unemployment benefits. Why don’t you take this moment of reflection and straighten out your life.
