I have been taking large doses of benadryl for some time now and it has really taken its toll on my body. I really really want to quit and was hoping someone can tell me how to do so. I am in grad school and can’t go to detox or any such thing. Please, someone tell me how I can quit this addiction to benadryl..

Slowly keep lowering the dose don’t cold turkey it.
