I live in South Carolina. Drug dealers are allowed to drive to work (to sell drugs?). If you are behind on child support you are not allowed to drive so you will never be able to provide for your kids.
I live in SC and drug dealers are allowed a provisional license. If you owe child support you are not allowed to drive to be able to support your kids. I went into arrears because i was temp laid off but now I cant drive to work.
My ex is on my side on this matter but courts wont budge.

because if you are that behind on your child support your a bum, and need to be riding the bus. if you do not have the money to support your child then you should not have the money to maintain a vehicle.

drug dealers should be able to obtain a provisional drivers license so they can obtain a job and get money elsewhere than the drug trade.
