I am completely addicted to big red and dr pepper but I’m trying to lose weight, I haven’t drank a soda in 3 days, just water, but my mouth is constantly dry like I’m dehydrated and I’m constantly thirsty. Anyone have any ideas why? It’s weird!

I’ve been off POP for 2 months now, and there’s already been a drastic change. My face look a lot slimer and I feel good. You feel dehydration because your not use to just water. You should be drinking about 6-8 glasses of water a day. You will get use to just drinking water in about a week.
